CANCELLATION POLICY
I UNDERSTAND THAT LAST MINUTE THINGS DO COME UP, BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. I HAVE A STRICT NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION POLICY. IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR FAIL TO SHOW UP AT YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH NO NOTICE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY 50% OF THE MISSED APPOINTMENT BEFORE YOU ARE ABLE TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. THIS DOES NOT GO TOWARDS THE COST OF YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT. SHOWING UP MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE MAY RESULT TO THE APPOINTMENT BEING RESCHEDULED TO A LATER DATE. ADDITIONALLY A LATE FEE OF $65 WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT CAN BE RESCHEDULED.
